I have over 17 years of experience in civil and municipal engineering in Canada. I was involved with the design process, site inspections and contract administration for subdivisions and road reconstruction projects that involve underground infrastructure upgrades, storm water management, creek widenings, waste water treatment plants, bridges and culverts. I advanced my career and managed field staff duties, supervise the projects, and I was part of the hiring team. Working with a large variety of disciplines in the construction industry throughout my career has helped shape my ability to seek out qualified talent in their respective fields. Over the years I have formulated effective interviewing skills to successfully determine if a candidate is an appropriate fit for the duties required.

Interview Candidates
Roztech identify talent that will fulfill employment roles by corresponding with employment agencies and online searches.
An interview will take place between a Roztech representative and the candidate to discuss employment opportunities, answer cultural questions for a candidate relocating from another country, and address further questions or concerns. After the interview is completed, Roztech will use a personalize rating system to determine if the candidate is qualified for the employment position. If needed, multiple meetings will be held with the candidate and Roztech until the candidate indicate that they are ready to move forward.
Prepare Meetings
After a suitable candidate is determined, a meeting will be set up between the candidate, employer, and a Roztec representative to formally introduce everyone and to discuss all details involved with the job requirement, relocation process for the candidate, and any other questions.
Complete Contract Signings
A final meeting will be setup between the candidate, employer, and a Roztech representative for a contract agreement between the employer and employee.
Relocation Consultancy
To help ensure a smooth as possible transition for the talent, Rozetch also provide relocation services. This will include; arrange airport shuttle service, attain work visa, setup bank account, locate living accommodations in accordance to budget set out by the candidate, and assist with any other inquiries that the talent needs to settle in their new home.
